Pills, shakes, and pre-packaged foods may be convenient, but they can be expensive and may not be available all the time. We provide the how and why of healthy eating so that members can make the right choices, no matter where they find themselves at meal time.


Professional Guidance

Knowing what to eat and what habits to practice daily may be simple, but it's definitely not easy. Implementation strategies are key.  Often as people make changes, questions and challenges come up. We are there to help you every step of the way, even if it just means reassurance that you are on the right track.


Community Support

Not everyone is fortunate enough to have a support network of friends and family around them. So, we have curated a group of people sharing this journey together. This has been a game-changer and has amplified the results we see in our one-on-one programs. There's nothing like having an entire team of people there to provide help, support, and accountability.

That depends on you. We do our best to provide everyone with the tools and the mindset to make these lifestyle and diet changes sustainable over the long term. People generally feel so good after the 6 weeks that they don't want to go back to the way they were before. We truly believe that what we teach is a long term strategic health plan that is doable by almost anyone. If you take the time to learn all of the materials, participate in the group calls, are active in the FB group, and reach out for help when needed, and then continue to be active in the community beyond the 6 weeks, we see no reason why anyone couldn't keep working towards their goals (if not yet reached) and stay there. We teach strategies to help members identify if things are going off track and how to get back on track before too much progress is lost. WE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE FOR THOSE THAT REACH OUT FOR HELP AND NEED A JUMP START TO GET BACK ON TRACK.
